At ForJars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it and request a refund.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can address the issue promptly.
Shipping Fee for Returns
Return shipping is free only if the mistake was made on our side or if the product arrived damaged. In all other situations, including errors made by the customer during purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
